Dark souls 3 Abyss Watchers live rent free in my head.
Idk if everything is back up now or if I got lucky but I had no issues.
The dude is so happy about his lot in life too.
I’m getting the impression that your producer isn’t remotely qualified to be making these claims.
How much are you willing to dig for it? I’m playing through hollow knight atm and have been shocked at the emotional depth that hides in the margins of the world. If you plow through the game and only touch the required content then all you get is the overall somber vibe. But if you turn every stone, talk to every npc, complete every side quest, you might be surprised at how much love and loss and joy and pain there is in the story.
Overall it is about picking through the ruins of a dead kingdom. You can engage with that as much or as little as you want. IMO they do an outstanding job of rewarding you for the effort.
You aren’t completely wrong but what you are saying is wildly overly reductive. Yes nutrient deficiencies can cause many symptoms which overlap with mental health disorders such as ADHD and can often lead to similar dopamine seeking behaviors, but it is wildly inappropriate to observe a person’s disorderly behavior and conclude that the condition is dietary. It’s just not that simple.
Dopamine seeking behavior might stem from poor mental health? Color me surprised!
Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I think this is a bit harsh. Personally I respect the devs for going silent. I’m glad they took however long they wanted to perfect the project. No doubt their silence has cost them but I would rather see that than see them constantly putting out bits to try and keep the hype alive. It’s more honest and respectable this way, and the game itself will be better for it.
WHO COULD HAVE SEEN THIS COMING? (/s)
Who else would go around filing DMCAs?
Same! I thought the Terraria devs were pretty positive toward the modding community.
I’m still not over how betrayed I felt by this game. This is what convinced me never to preorder again.
Honestly, you get a solid challenge out of these games no matter how you build. Different bosses/ enemies will challenge different builds. I also enjoy the everything-bagel battle-mages. I try to stack enough mental stats to cast every spell in a game, enough strength and dex to wield whatever weapon I pick up for that run, and enough attunement to learn 3-5 spells at a time. My health, stamina, and equip-load are whatever I have left within the arbitrary level cap I set for myself (usually 201)
Anyway, my point is there’s no better / worse way to build. All that matters is what you like and what you don’t.
I know a lot of people hate on ds2 but it’s honestly a good game. It has its faults. It’s definitely the weakest title, but it’s still a banger if you think of it in a vacuum instead of comparing it to other FromSouls games. If you like the genre, I highly recommend ds3. It is (imo) the most polished by far. I like it better than Elden Ring but that might be a hotter take.
The short answer is yes. A high rpm HDD like a Western Digital Black or a Seagate Barracuda will game just fine. Obviously your performance will vary depending on the game but it’s never going to be unplayable. Faster load times are nice but I have never seen a load screen take longer than a 30 ish seconds at most, even on newer titles.
Replying to myself because I remember the og Artorias and Sif intros. That series is full of cool ones though.
