China has an actual concrete plan for transition off fossil fuels. Initial stages still require coal to produce power to build out the infrastructure. A study in the second link found that China’s use of coal is perfectly in line with the plan in the first link.
So, kinda doesn’t negate that, does it?
He’s on record saying some pretty disturbing shit.
It’s called a pinning operation as plenty of actual military people have explained many times. The armor column forced Ukraine to keep troops around Kiev while Russian army took over Donbas and Kherson which Ukraine never managed to take back.
Meanwhile, Zelensky government did shit their breeches, and Ukraine almost ended up signing a peace agreement last March, but then Bojo stopped that and here we are now. Hundreds of thousands of people dead, and the outcome is going to be exactly the same. This is western diplomacy at its finest.
Anybody who keeps parroting that Russia was going to take Kiev with 100k troops exposes themselves as an incredibly gullible individual.
I love how you see yourself as a community, really highlights how deranged you are.
If you ever wonder what it’s like to be insane, just read the above comment.
Don’t worry, NSA already tracks everything you do.
Some of the worst liberal takes invariably come from lemm.ee along with lemmy.world these are the closest analogues to reddit communities in the lemmyverse.
So weird how people living under western regimes are more concerned about Chinese state control and monitoring than their own. If you live in a western country then your concern is that any western piece of technology is controlled and monitored by the NSA. But that’s just too complex an idea for you to wrap your head around I guess. Screeching China bad is your peak intellectual ability clearly.
Lower rouble means that Russian exports are cheaper and more attractive allowing government get more money domestically after conversion thus helping balance the budget. It also means that imports are higher of course, but seems that exports are what’s relevant for state budget in Russia. Deficit in Russia is only around 2% of the GDP, compare that to the astronomical deficit US is running.
Also worth noting that rouble value against the dollar doesn’t have much practical meaning given that there’s very little direct trade between Russia and the west.
famous Putin puppets they are
Ah yes, IMF and Financial Times, two organizations notoriously famous for spreading Russian propaganda. The levels of delusion within the Western world are reaching new heights as mainstream media begins to acknowledge the truth behind the situation at hand. It’s truly a comical spectacle, with laughter being the only appropriate response. 😂
