This KDE bug was reported in 2013. I’m scared to look up the Windows bug report date…

Okay, kernel and user space are separated for a reason. Security reasons, if I recall college classes correctly.
So why would I introduce a non-necessity access to kernel space?
I don’t know what headless means but that might just be a me problem.
So your server now has a monitor and you don’t always want to connect to it? It seems like a big waste of power.
Anyway, you could probably start an xserver in the background and output to the xserver outputting to the CRT. Then instruct your terminal to launch on that display. Just make sure you right an xorg.conf file configured to the right display.
There’s probably a more modern way to do this in Wayland but I’m not familiar.
What OS?

It’s not just about the bubbles - it’s about having congruent feature sets. When the Android phone joins the group message, the experience is notably different.
The other thing that drove me to iPhone over Android is that the experience is largely consistent. You can tell people what to do from a far based on OS version and phone model because there are so few models. It’s really hard to ask your elderly parent which phone and is this or that feature available remotely. You never know which manufacturer removed what feature
In iOS? Go here. Do this. Do that. Done

First of all, I don’t use LLMs. Second, I made my point specifically because things can be missed if you rely on utility (only checked if a difference in water pressure makes it to your faucet) or public news (may not report if it’s only your municipality).
Are you being intentionally hostile for a reason?

So, sometimes it doesn’t make the news and it doesn’t affect your faucet. Sometimes a loss in water pressure affects most people but not you. I’ve had it where the utility will report it but if I don’t know there’s a problem, how will I know to check?
That’s when I subscribed to my municipality’s alerts

Does the article describe human bots?

Huh TIL the nuclear bombs used two different technologies

Bro you can’t beat Ukraine. What makes you think you can beat Ukraine + NATO allied countries?

The headline confused me for a second. I was like, aren’t they adding more and more rust to the kernel?

Pop is only for pop! You need to fork it for a Mom!_OS
Maybe I should do some researching but what do you like about Cachy over plain Arch? That it’s gaming optimized?
If I wasn’t so intent on going to Nix, I’d give Gentoo a try. Currently an Arch user due to laziness and AUR, but the AUR is not as consistent an experience as memory serves so if it doesn’t fulfill laziness I might as well move on.
And I subjected a first time user to Debian 13 lol
You’re also a cachy?

Thank you.
At the risk of sounding like grandpa, I could have sworn in production used to be “is cooking UP” instead of just “is cooking”.
The fluidity of language.

“Valve reportedly cooking”
Ever since “cooked” became a thing I have been unable to understand titles like this (or really the slang use of cook)
Based on the article, it looks like Valve is creating a native Linux version of the game.

World of Goo?
It is so strange to agree with Sepp Blatter.
