Bro i just use KDE. Sometimes i tweak it a bit, mostly when i should be doing something else. But i think the defaults are just perfect.

No, well… Depends on the OS. I believe Android forks like Graphene and Calyx OS keep it to the bare minimum. If you have a Android phone, you can use a open source application called Scrambled Exif to remove exif data.
