I’m not going to read something if the title doesn’t interest me. It’s also a great example of write headlines that are accurate and informative.
Everyone was calling it “stop killing games” instead of “stop destroying games” and I literally thought it was a petition to stop games with murder and violence lol never even got farther than seeing the title.
Definitely a good idea to switch over to stop destroying games if that wasn’t the official title already…
Nope, I’ve still got every phone I’ve ever had except for one that I gave away to someone who lost theirs.
Isn’t the current requirement 2%? They want to more than double their budget?
Also with starlink even one company’s constellation is causing issues with astronomers and launches.
How bad will it be if there are 5-6 different companies with their own network floating around up there. And then other countries with their own network.
True, they shouldn’t be allowed on the roads, but if you required an age limit of 15 for e-scooters why not e-bikes as well?
And then if you need an age limit for e-bikes why not regular bikes?
Proton estimates the average Americans data is worth $700 per year.

Why is NATO concerned about Ukraine? Maybe you should have accepted their application. Didn’t y’all reject them?
Honestly I haven’t even heard of any attack or repercussions against Israel since the Oct 7 attack. Does Hamas even exist anymore?
It is also stupid because life expectancy is not equivalent to life quality.
Just because people live to 90 now instead of 80 doesn’t mean they can actually do anything significant for those 10 years, they could be bed ridden or house bound and kept alive only because they are taking 30 pills a day. It isn’t living, it’s staying alive. Retirement shouldn’t be tied to that.
For things like language, math, and science you could probably have an AI teacher on individualized tablets or something that go at each child’s own pace in a classroom setting that’s just supervised by someone and can provide extra help / tech support when the AI goes on the fritz.
Then regular recess/lunch shenanigans and gym class, art, music, for the social aspect.
The AI could even be programmed to do team projects where you link your tablet with 4 others and they all help the group do a project
Eventually when AI advances and isn’t complete dog shit, that is.
Start a gambling ring around whether or not teachers do specific things during the day that you don’t like. Then maybe they will ban the teachers from ever doing those things.
“10:1 odds that Mr. Peters gives extra homework on Tuesday afternoon!”
I can see why patents are so long when you need to build like a billion dollar factory to make a product and mass produce it.
Digital concepts don’t take that much investment and once you have it you don’t need to invest in making more, it’s just there.
So yes, digital patents should be a fraction of the time that physical patents should be. Like 2 years instead of 20.
How is it that pokemon has a hold on things like animals allowing flight, but gliders allowing flight isn’t under patent?
Like, whoever did gliders first needs to sue Nintendo to change breath of the wild, no gliders allowed anymore.
Also, why does the system even allow people to claim more than they are entitled? Is there no maximum set into the payment field or whatever they have for it?
That depends on there still being elections
Tune in on Monday to find out new tarriffs make this announcement no longer valid
I don’t understand what justification El Salvador has for keeping a man imprisoned who never broke any of their laws. Can I pay them to hold my neighbour in prison? How much does it cost?
Lol. I have free healthcare and I played videogames every fucking chance I get because it makes me happy, but it’s pretty rare since I worked 278 hours in May.
