Ai, loverslab comes to mind. Used that to kink the hell out of Sims back in the day.
A buddhist vegan goth with questionable humour.

Correct.
In addition, illegal immigrants that spend their dollars on the local economy, pay taxes without taking from the social security pots and do low wage jobs locals don’t want to do also make a country great.

It does, like any good relationship, need some work. I have been using Mint as my main driver for the last couple of months, and even being a beginner friendly Linux it still needed some time to learn and google around. Now that it’s set up i haven’t run into anything for a long while.
And Fashism!
Can you elaborate on why “self hosting is not an option”?
I don’t feel that I have the skill to set a server up, but what you describe does sound interesting and I will look into it.
I also don’t have hardware I could just use and am not in the position to spend a lot of money all at once.
250 GB to 1 TB. Not more than 5 Dollars a month.
Also 5 DLC at a 20 $ Price point that adds only one extra subclass that isn’t balanced at all, a buggy alpha version on release day and of course the online servers will be shut down after a coupe of years ending everybody’s access anyway.
And after 6 months find out that you never actually did that so delete windows/migrate it into a VM and enjoy the extra game drive you won.
This is where I am at. As of last week I banned Windows to the deeps of a vm and went all in on Linux (Mint, in this case). Dual bootet for a couple of months but since I never used Windows outside of a vm anyway…
Havnt had a single issue with games so far, besides some very minor hick ups that were resolved easily. Than again, im lucky that the game so play have been supported so far.
And 34 upvotes seem to indicate I wasn’t the only one. Well, now we know.
Thanks, I tried it our and it works like a charm for me :-)
Is there a viable alternative for Nvidea cards?
My brain defaults to this if I feel the need to fill silence with sound.
It’s how the law is in my country (Germany) and I wouldn’t know of any loopholes here.
If you win something in a lottery or a quiz show here, as long as it’s not job related, you don’t have to pay taxes on it. If you win a million you get a million. But if you put that million into a bank or invest it in any way, you have to pay taxes on the money you earn trough that.
Or, and this is a wild one, or the law could give a devinition of “price” that doesn’t open it up for abuse while not taking from people who won something.
The last time was a sofa and a love seat. We were stuck with the most uncomfortable furniture I’ve ever had in my life.
Oh no. They realy gave you an uncomfortable sofa? Bummer. At least you got a nice love seat out of it.
Maybe I was just one of the lucky 10.000 then :-) Also, non native speaker, so I guess there is that.
“Fear of missing out” in case anybody was debating if its worth clicking on the headline just to find out what the fuck FOMO is. Or maybe I’m just stupid.
Gothic was one of the games of my youth. I am realy looking forward to the remake, thanka for bringing it up.
Recently I have been playing Valheim with my wife again. After a year of more or less non stop caring for the twins we have finally arrived at the point were we can game again together and it makes for even shorter nights but is such a treat to have that back. We used to game and hike a lot together before the children were there. Looking forward to go on long hikes again too, but for now a shared boat ride into the mistlands will do just fine.
Yeah, i feel same-ish.
I used a save game modifier to unlock the cool stuff hidden behind the grind. Since then I spent some time building a base in a nice looking planet and flying around looking for a cool world.
Thing is, you are right: it gets old fast. Planets are boring. There are some cool combinations here and there, but 90% of them are just the same old same old. Seen them once, seen them all.
From time to time i still hop in, but it doesn’t grab me more than a couple of hours every six months or so.
