No. I remember all the games I’ve played. I can’t list them all, however if you were to ask me “hey have you ever played xyz”, I would remember if I had or not.

Same. I got incredibly bored and the story was absolute nonsense. The combat was absolutely awful. Just an all around half assed game.

Interesting. I’m a random Internet stranger and I thought it was boring and not fun. However a lot of people liked it so I’m not saying it’s bad it just wasn’t for me.

Dude that’s literally the point! It throws in your face that it’s copy and paste, not cut and paste, yet your character Simon refuses to acknowledge it. Same with the survivors who killed themselves after being scanned for the ark because they wanted to achieve “continuity.” It’s explained but they just can’t accept it because it means they’re going to die.

I’d recommend playing SOMA again, but this time get extremely baked before you play. I’m joking (not really) but I found that game’s story so profound and interesting. It was like the most twisted unsettling environment I’ve ever seen. It had basic walking sim mechanics but being able to explore the environment and look at things up close was just really enjoyable.

Also, I Inverse Tonemapped the game from SDR to HDR, so while not the best use of HDR, the added contrast gave the game a more pleasing spooky vibe. I also ran it at 4x DLDSR so it was very sharp.

Who in the world is buying Marvel games?

I’ve been craving another experience like SOMA but unfortunately nothing even comes close. It was probably the coolest and most disturbing story I’ve ever seen. Finishing that game gave me an existential crisis for like 2 days after. It was that good.

I don’t think so. It looks like it’s for streaming the game from your PC to your Steam Deck at home? I’m not 100% sure.

Edit: it’s for cloud gaming, which I’m not interested in whatsoever. So I will continue to ignore Geforce Now :-)

I’ve literally never used geforce now once. I always skip this bloatware when i install the drivers.

A better solution is to use a pihole to block all domains that the TV pings, and only let through ones that allow you to use streaming apps (i.e. netflix API domain.)

Another good solution is to block WAN access for specific devices and only allow them to communicate over LAN. This would be done on your Router. This method would allow local streaming using Jellyfin but wouldn’t allow streaming apps like Netflix since that requires communication with the outside Internet.

I recommend these old school sonic games. They are by far the best.

Playing Subnautica after the first playthrough isn’t nearly as scary, but still so much fun. I’d suggest playing it first on normal flatscreen, and then playing it a 2nd time in VR.

Edit: make sure to grab the vr fix mods off nexus mods if playing in vr. There is one to fix audio and one to fix controls. These are basically mandatory for a good experience.
