He wasn’t a member of state. He wasn’t even on someone’s staff.
He literally was just some guy. Not even a notable guy. Just some guy that was conservative who, AT BEST, said some controversial things.
I actually did this a few months ago. I switched out my 401k domestic mutual funds for international funds. I did a check on my investments and they are doing great.
I also divested from any federal bonds and only invested in local/state bonds.

Conservatives only care about small government when they are the ones being oppressed by the federal government. Like when Congress passed laws banning slavery.
But they care about federal laws being forced onto states when they are the ones doing the oppressing. Like when they passed the Fugitive Slave Act.
They don’t care about their hypocrisy and, if anything, makes them want to do it more.

The site is more of a forum/community than a blog but it’s pretty good.
The biggest issue with adult content in games is that it limits your market to adults that want that content. Which is already small to begin with. And you often can’t advertise the same way, which limits your audience further. You only find out about them through word of mouth or through places like Lemmy.
From the standpoint of the developer, your ROI is likely to be very small. I think that’s why VN are the most popular form of adult games, since they are easier to make than full games.

My concern is that Reddit can sell their profiling algorithm to other companies, who then can federate with Lemmy, mastodon, etc. to build profiles against users.

As much as I would like to agree with you, permissive licenses are killing open source software as a whole since corporations absolutely abuse the software, provide very little value back to the code in return, and often DEMAND the authors patch their vulnerabilities.
Open source props up the world and the least that corporations could do is throw 0.0001% of their revenue their way. But they can’t even be bothered to do that.
