I remember the guns, and the painkiller. Shooting enemies with mini telephone poles never got boring

The original Painkiller was the first overwhelmingly positive review that Yahtzee Crowshaw ever made. That review caused a years old game, at that point, to spike almost 3000% in sales for the next month. It contained gems of sentence construction such as: [Painkiller] (sic) “has a gun in it that shoots shurikens and lightning. I’m not making that up. It shoots shurikens and lightning. This gun could only be cooler if it had tits and was on fire!”
I pay for a year at once, so I only pay $15 per month for unlimited talk/text and 5 GB of mobile data. Mint is the carrier I use
Most people cannot ride a bike at anywhere close to the speeds that an e-bike can hit. I pass professional cycling teams daily on my e-bike because I can do 20mph. The average professional cyclist seems to struggle to maintain 15+mph. I only get passed by a normal bicycle maybe once every few months, and those guys and gals have gastrocnemius’ that are about as big as my waist. My current e-bike has just under 2500 miles on the odo, my previous one blew up at just over 11,000 miles. Oh, and technically both e-bikes could do 25 mph, that just wears out the motor in less than 1000 miles.
Regular bikes don’t have a motor. E-bikes and e-scooters do have a motor. Some regulation on e-bikes may be needed, but regular bikes have been regulated as much as is needed. Maybe a helmet law, but even that seems unnecessary.
You have far greater knowledge of interspecies animal husbandry than I have ever pondered, or wanted to know
I thought anteaters with that snout, but sure.
These ones don’t look that spry
Take out the oil industry, and all defence contractors and every military can no longer function.
Thanks! It’s been a while since I’ve used Linux terminal commands.
Yeah, but that’s all for local gumbo production, oh and Zataran’s.
/s
I think there may be some safeguards in place so that it doesn’t, but yeah. It reads something like (rm) remove/delete, (-rf) remove/delete the folder, (~/) do this recursively until you hit root (Unix equivalent of C:).
I may have some of that parsed incorrectly, I haven’t taken the plunge into Linux quite yet. As soon as I figure out what I did wrong in my current hardware build I will install Linux. Probably Mint.
Whether or not Russia’s nukes are functional is immaterial. They know that they don’t know which ones work. They also know they no longer have MAD on their end. All they can do is saber rattle with them, because if they ever try to use them, they know that there is a very good chance that the nukes will fail to detonate, for a variety of reasons, and the immediate retaliation from every other nuclear power, except China, would be the end of Russia.
I posted this elsewhere, but I present a 1930 Soviet Tarantaika (Boneshaker). For some reason it looks awfully familiar…
Edit: Booo. It’s a fake AI image…
We’ve already given telecoms well over $100 billion, over the last 25 years, and they’ve done fuck all
No meaningful discourse to be had with brainwashed capitalist scum.
Polonium would be way funnier
No facts, just bluster. You need to read the source material.
Capitalism has served its purpose. Adam Smith would be screaming for revolution. Commerce exists without capitalism. It’s long since past time for capitalism to be relegated to the dustbin of history.
Also dumb means mute, not ignorant.
That’s some capitalism = commerce bullshit. Capitalism only perverts commerce to its own end of allowing a single person to “own” everything. Commerce existed for over 10,000 years before capitalism existed, and the father of capitalism, Adam Smith, even said that once capitalism has achieved its goals, which we did in the late 1800s according to Adam Smith, that it would be absolutely imperative to transition to a more “socially equitable” [sic] and “sustainable” form of commerce under a direct democratic framework.
Try using some actual facts rather than feelings in your next reply, also actually read The Theory of Moral Sentiments, and Wealth of Nations. If you are actually literate, you should be able to plow through both texts in two two to three hour readings.
You made me read the link. I don’t think these games are actually related, but I dunno at this point.
