Obviously it would be a bad idea since I’m sure it’s best to avoid Nissan to take down Honda with their bad decisions. Nissan picked their CEO and boardmembers over the entire Japanese and American Nissan workforce.

I can agree with this. Problem is Nissan wanted their CEO.and board members to retain control of the company.
