Could it be a steam deck with only streaming capabilities? Like a handheld steam link? I mostly use my steam deck this way, so for people that would hypothetically be using it this way, it could be a cheaper option.
It’s a play on “main frame” so it means it’s a steam hypervisor manager running a QEMU-KWM that comes with an intel or amd gpu with SRV-IO enabled so that you can, crucially, run more than one game at a time. it’s a GPU you can share over the network.
Me too, mine basically just connects my PC to my TV so I can lay down and play in bed.
So like a Steam Link…? The one that flopped horribly?
