Hey, the POTUS said on ‘day 1’ he’d have a deal made. Art of the deal kind of guy.
I’m more interested in what comes next, will he back Russia instead?
I’m sure he’ll do whatever they tell him to do.
He already tipped his hand on that. They will say that Zelensky doesnt want peace and use that as the pretext to cut off aid again (meanwhile while continuing to warm up to Russia.) Putin really really needs us to cut off aid, but I suspect Trump didnt like how much heat he got for that the first time. He will go right back to it, when he thinks he can.
No progress toward what? Fuck Putin and fuck Trump.
Well, US wouldn’t have it’s critical mineral if US abandons Ukraine. Considering China is controlling their Critical Mineral exports, the next viable option is to buy from the country US wants to invade: Canada and Greenland
